If you have never logged in on the device you are using, or you’re logged out of your portal, clicking your program access link will take you to a more limited portal experience.
For privacy and security reasons, we lock certain portal features to protect sensitive information until you log in. The lock icon shows up on the protected areas that you can’t access without logging in.
You can still share even when you aren’t logged in. But you won’t be able to see referral or reward data, and you can’t change account details, without a login.
If you can’t remember your password, you can also use the password reset button on the main login page.

If the business running the program allows it, you can instantly access the portal using your email, Google’s Single Sign-On, or Facebook’s Single Sign-On. No need to remember a password!
