Each program has different requirements you’ll need to meet to receive a reward. But you’ll receive the reward once one of your referrals is qualified, approved, or both, depending on your program structure.
(For instance, a referral might be “qualified” when they fill out a lead form and “approved” when they make a purchase).
If you’re still waiting on a reward, check your Member Portal first to make sure a referral was qualified or approved before contacting your program admin. Check this under “My Referrals.”
You can also check the status of your rewards under “My Rewards” in your Member Portal.
- If a. reward is “pending,” it’s ready to be issued but hasn’t been scheduled or sent.
- If a reward is “scheduled,” it will be sent out soon.
- If it’s “issued,” it should already have been sent.
If you still have questions about your reward, then check in with the business that’s managing the program.
